Soft Chocolate Chips

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter, sofened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in instant pudding. Sift together flour and baking soda, and add until incorporated. Finally add chocolate chips.

Drop by tablespoonful onto un-greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

*You can change the type of instant pudding and chocolate chips you use to get an entirely different cookie. For example, you can use chocolate pudding and white chocolate chips. Or cream cheese pudding and peanut butter chips. I've even seen someone use pistachio pudding... the sky's the limit. Have fun!*
