Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 package (10 oz) chopped spinach, drained & thawed (if frozen)
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced

Beat cream cheese & mayo with electric mixture on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 9” pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until very lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato, if desired. Serve with crackers, bread chunks, or vegetables.
